So here's a reason why you don't have to exercise to engage in physical activities:
Physical activities include exercising, but it does not stop there.
In my new vlog on YouTube, "Physically Active Without Exercise," we explore some of the mundane typical actions and stuff that are actually considered as lifestyle physical activities.
They say that growth is in the discomfort, but what not everyone knows is growth does not always have to be there. Some things do not have to be uncomfortable for us to grow and improve. Some things that help improve our lives may just be there hiding in tiny habits and normal daily-life errands. Grow is in our mindset. Everything is a tool, and all it takes is for us to just have the initiative to look at various things as fuel and resources for our personal improvement.
"I want to be fit, but I do not have the time."
"I want to be physically active, but I am always busy."
These are just some of the things we tell ourselves that hinder us from seeing the fact that we can be physically active in other ways aside from vigorous exercises. Check out the video below for those other ways!
